  • Responsibility: LadyChic is not liable for delays caused by third-party carriers, customs procedures, or unforeseen circumstances (e.g., natural disasters).

3. Returns and Refunds

  • Return Eligibility: You may return unused, unwashed, and undamaged items within 60 days of delivery for a full refund (excluding original shipping costs). Items must be returned in their original packaging with tags attached.
